Eight on the Break The Street Fighter East Coast Championships 6 will be held at Eight on the Break in Dunellen, New Jersey. The Break is considered by many as the East Coast's premiere competitive fighting game arcade, with at least ten different Street Fighter games available for play at any given time. The Break began running weekly tournaments in 1992, which continue to this very day. It wasn't until 1997 that The Break began inviting players from out of state to face the locals in various Capcom fighters. The East Coast Championships were born. Since then, The Break has continued holding full-scale national tournaments every Memorial Day Weekend. In the coming weeks, we will begin adding pictures here for players to see what tournament action looks like at The Break. A listing of the games in the arcade will also be published, as well as a photomap of the arcade so players can see how the arcade is set up.
